FLAVOURS AND FILLINGS . . .

Using only the finest local and international ingredients, The Red Velvetier takes pride in producing top quality cakes and cupcakes, with many different flavour options and combinations to choose from.

The Red Velvetier also has a 'custom' option, allowing clients to specify exactly what flavour profile they would like, The Red Velvetier will then develop a recipe through trial and error for the client to taste and sample.

All cakes are filled with a rich White or Milk Chocolate Ganache and Butter Icing based filling, which is then flavoured accordingly.

The flavours and fillings listed below, are only guidelines to popular combinations.
